The hotel was not clean, the staff member and front office was horrible dnt no how to talk with the guest, and we negotiated the money during checkin and on the last they starting asking for more money and wen we starting complaining the 2-3 people gang up on us during r check out time...... I will recommend not to go in this hotel ever bcoz we never found our self welcome in this hotel

Located just near the railway station, the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel Manager Mr. Banke Lal ji is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to guidance about to city. Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret, just be there

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. On last day I asked one of the staffs to get 2 volvo tickets booked for Delhi. The staff person Feroz took money for 2 tickets and booked only one with the expectation that we will leave Delhi without complaining after being stranded at the bus stop. We filed a police complaint and then only the matter was resolved. Never trust this hotel in money matters!!
